You may access information regarding the status of your EI claim(s) through the Service Canada web site.

With the new ‘My Service Canada’ epass account you can securely manage all of your personal information regarding your Employment Insurance (EI) account.

You can:

• Check on the status of your claim
• File report cards
• Review payments received
• Change your address and other personal information
• Look up previous claims and,
• Other services
